Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support our project teams in analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and ensuring smooth execution of operational solutions. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute to high-impact projects, and grow under experienced leadership in a dynamic global setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal teams and clients.

• Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.

• Support the creation of functional specifications, process flows, and user stories for development teams.

• Collaborate with Senior BAs to prepare client-facing materials (e.g., presentations, requirement docs).

  

• Participate in UAT and testing phases, ensuring solutions meet documented needs.

• Track project deliverables and update status reports using tools like Atlassian Confluence or Zoho One.

• Provide analytical support for post-implementation reviews and process optimization.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role (internships count).
