Location: YES Bank House, Mumbai
Qualification: Postgraduate / MBA in Engineering, Technology, Analytics, Management or related fields from top tier institutions
Experience: 4 - 6+ years in technology-led transformation projects, preferably in Banking
Role Overview:
The MD & CEO's Executive Office drives the Bank's enterprise-wide strategic agenda, ensuring alignment between business priorities, technology initiatives and organizational effectiveness. The Manager - Tech and Data Transformation will anchor/support select technology-linked strategic initiatives, evaluation of critical digital and data priorities, help drive execution through structured PMO governance, and provide insight-driven analysis to strengthen senior management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the MD & CEO's Executive Office in evaluating key technology, digital, data and AI priorities from an enterprise strategy and business value perspective
- Conduct benchmarking, research and deep-dives on new technologies, digital trends and peer practices
- Provide hands-on PMO support for select strategic and technology transformation programs overseen by the MD & CEO's Executive Office
- Support structured post implementation reviews for large technology, digital and process transformation initiatives, assess outcomes against intended objectives including efficiency improvements, automation, customer experience and value delivery
- Identify improvement opportunities and support refinement of adoption and governance mechanisms
- Work on special strategic or technology analyses or initiatives e.g., technology cost optimisation, efficiency enhancement etc.
- Support evaluation of strategic technology proposals and business cases from a business-value and enterprise-priority lens
- Data analysis - Perform structured data analysis and convert raw datasets into clear insights or action points
- Build and maintain BI dashboards (Power BI / Excel) for management decisioning
Skills and Competencies:
- Good understanding of technology, digital and data domains, with the ability to understand technology solutions and architectures at a working level
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; exposure to SQL, Python, AI and other data technologies would be an advantage
- High attention to detail with strong synthesis ability
- Ownership mindset, learning agility and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects with strong governance discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate and collaborate effectively across departments
