Job Description
Youll be the first point of contact for students interested in Germany. Your job is to call, qualify, collect documents, and book counseling with the Second-Level team. Youll keep leads warm with timely follow-ups and clean CRM updates.

Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Make 80-100 student calls daily (inbound and outbound).
- Conduct quick needs analysis and eligibility screening (course, budget, timelines).
- Share basic information on Germany study options (intakes, public/private overview).
- Collect and verify documents (marksheets, resume, ID) via email/WhatsApp.
- Maintain CRM hygiene notes, next actions, status updates, and tags.
- Book appointments/Zoom slots with Senior or Second-Level Counselors.
- Run structured follow-ups on T+1, T+3, and T+7 to sustain interest and reduce drop-offs.
- Prepare daily reports of calls made, connects, qualified leads, and appointments booked.
