Role Overview:

As an Associate Product Manager, you will support the end-to-end product lifecycle - from understanding customer and business problems to defining requirements, coordinating execution, launching features, and analysing post-launch performance. The role requires strong analytical thinking, product fundamentals, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze product and business data to identify opportunities and improve conversion funnels.
• Track product metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
• Support the complete product lifecycle - ideation, requirements, launch, testing, and optimization.
• Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, Analytics, QA, Business, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
• Translate business requirements and customer problems into intuitive product experiences.
• Define user journeys, workflows, product requirements, and feature documentation.
• Support CRM and AI vendor onboarding, coordination, and ongoing management.
• Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous product improvements.
• Contribute to experimentation, A/B testing, funnel analysis, and data-driven product decisions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management / Associate Product Manager roles.
• Experience in B2C, D2C, Consumer Internet, E-commerce, Marketplace, or similar consumer-facing businesses.
• Strong understanding of product fundamentals and systems thinking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with product and business data.
• Experience working with product metrics, funnels, dashboards, and customer journeys.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
• Strong cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Engineering/CS background or MBA in Marketing/Product Management is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with consumer-facing mobile apps/products will be highly preferred.
• Exposure to CRM platforms, AI-enabled products, or vendor onboarding/management will be an added advantage.
• Ability to use data and structured problem-solving to identify product opportunities and recommend improvements.
