The Role:

We are looking for a Product Analyst who can translate product and customer data into actionable insights. You will work closely with Product, Growth, Marketing, Engineering, CX, and Operations teams to understand user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and support data-driven product decisions.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze product and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Build and track product dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics across key user journeys.
• Analyze funnels, cohorts, segmentation, retention, conversion, and user behavior.
• Support A/B testing and evaluate experiment performance.
• Monitor product releases and analyze post-launch performance.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Build reports and dashboards using Tableau / Power BI.
• Work with Product Managers to support product and roadmap decisions.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, CX, and Operations teams to improve conversion, retention, NPS, and order frequency.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to business and technical stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
• Prior experience working in a B2C product environment is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis.
• Experience with Tableau / Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, segmentation, and retention analysis.
• Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of analysis and deliverables.

Good to Have:

• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, BigQuery, or Metabase.
• Understanding of product instrumentation and event tracking.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or consumer internet company.
• Exposure to customer lifecycle, engagement, and growth analytics.
