Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will serve as the analytical backbone of our product team, transforming complex data into actionable strategies that drive growth and user retention. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify friction points in the user journey and uncover opportunities for product optimization. Your insights will directly influence the product roadmap, helping the company scale its service offerings while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute rigorous A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and improve key conversion metrics across the platform.
• Analyze large datasets using BigQuery to identify trends in user behavior, service demand, and operational bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards to track product performance and provide real-time visibility into growth KPIs for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data models and analytical frameworks.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into user funnel drop-offs to recommend data-backed product enhancements that increase customer lifetime value.

Required Skillset:

• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from large-scale data warehouses like BigQuery.
• Demonstrated ability to use Python for advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation of reporting tasks.
• Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and interpreting A/B tests to drive iterative product improvements.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex analytical findings into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of working in a fast-paced growth product environment, balancing multiple priorities with a focus on business impact.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment at our Noida office, fostering collaboration within the product and engineering teams.
• A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field from a reputed institute.
