Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a Finance Automation Specialist with a strong finance background and a deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes. The ideal candidate will bridge finance and technology by driving automation initiatives, optimizing workflows, and implementing intelligent solutions within ERP environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, configure, and implement automation solutions within SAP Finance or Oracle Finance systems.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to enhance financial efficiency, accuracy, and reporting.
- Manage system integrations and data flow between finance and other business functions.
- Support continuous improvement through RPA tools, workflow automation, and analytics.
- Conduct user training, testing, and post-implementation support.

Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience as an SAP FI/CO or Oracle Finance Functional Consultant.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with finance automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Alteryx) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
