We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedPrincipal Engineerwith deep expertise inC#, along with building scalable web applications usingReact.jsand.NET (Core and Framework). In this role, you will play a key leadership role in architecture, design, and implementation while mentoring engineers and driving cross-functional excellence in product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Architect and develophigh-performance, scalable web applicationsusing React.js and .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Provideexpert-level guidance in C#, including advanced language features, best practices, and enterprise-grade application design.
• Champion best practices incode quality, testing, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with
  
  product managers, designers, and backend teamsto define technical direction.
• Leaddesign discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoringfor engineering teams.
• Evaluate and recommend newtools, frameworks, and technologiesfor adoption.

Project Delivery

• Ownend-to-end technical deliveryfor mission-critical systems and services.
• Ensure solutions align withbusiness goals and timelines.
• GuideDevOps, CI/CD, and automation strategiesacross teams.

Team Collaboration

• Act as thego-to technical expert and mentorfor mid-level and junior engineers.
• Contribute to the development ofinternal engineering standards, best practices, and documentation

Must-Have Skills

Frontend:React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux or equivalent), TypeScript, Webpack, REST/GraphQL integration.

Backend:.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API,C# (expert-level proficiency in language design, advanced concepts, and enterprise application development), Entity Framework.

Database:SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or equivalent RDBMS.

Strong understanding ofmicroservices, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience withAzure cloud deployment.
• Exposure toKubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines(GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge ofperformance tuning, caching strategies (e.g., Redis), and security best practices.
