Designation:Sr. Revenue Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to work with York IEs clients, providing end-to-end RevOps services. This role requires a strategist, technologist, CRM administrator, and data analystsomeone who can optimize GTM processes, implement automation, and provide data-driven insights to drive revenue growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • RevOps Strategy & Execution Develop and implement revenue operations strategies tailored to client needs.
  • CRM Administration (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) Own and manage CRM setup, automation, data governance, and process optimization.
  • Sales & Marketing & Customer Operations Optimize lead flow, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasting for client teams.
  • Revenue Intelligence & Analytics Build and maintain reports/dashboards to track key revenue metrics, attribution, and funnel performance.
  • GTM Tech Stack Management Integrate and manage tools across CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, and analytics platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with client Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive alignment and efficiency.
  • Process Automation & Scalability Design workflows and automation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Data Governance & Compliance

    Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or CRM Admin.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) with hands-on administration experience.
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS RevOps strategies and GTM process optimization.
  • Proven ability to integrate and optimise GTM tech stacks (Clay, Netsuite, Gong, Zendesk, etc).
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across client teams.
  • HubSpot or Salesforce certification is a plus point.
