Role Overview:
Role: HR Operations Executive
Work Location: Remote /Surat
Experience: 4 to 5 Years
Function: Human Resources
Salary :- 50k
Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless HR Operations through HRMS/HRIS and process governance
- Strengthen Employee Relations through grievance handling and conflict resolution.
- Drive Policy Implementation and compliance across the organization
- Drive HR Reporting and Analytics through accurate data management and actionable insights
- Support Talent Operations including recruitment coordination and PMS/LMS management.
Learning Management System (LMS)
What Were Looking For Core Skills:
- Strong experience in HR Operations and HRMS/HRIS tools
- Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and SOP implementation
- Exposure to onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment coordination
- Understanding of LMS and training administration
Experience & Qualifications:
• 4 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations Executive role
• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA (HR) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms
• Exposure to HR compliance, policy implementation, onboarding, offboarding, LMS, and PMS
