- Ability to manage multiple styles and orders simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.

- Strong knowledge of apparel and garment merchandising.
- Experience in Buying House, Export House, or Apparel Manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in product development, sampling, sourcing, production coordination, and shipment follow-up.
- Good understanding of woven and knit garments.
- Knowledge of garment costing, fabric consumption, trims, and accessories.
- Experience in buyer handling, vendor management, and factory coordination. Understanding of Critical Path and Time & Action (T&A) management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and merchandising documentation
