This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The individual in this role will assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing communication with applicants. Responsibilities include supporting employer branding initiatives, learning and contributing to the full lifecycle of recruiting, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will work closely with the HR team to enhance hiring strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Talent Acquisition processes
• Skills in conducting effective candidate screenings, Interviewing, and Recruiting
• An understanding of Employer Branding strategies to attract high-quality talent
• Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Exposure to or interest in learning applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
