About The Role
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and marketing initiatives across multiple locations.
Initially, your primary focus will be on social media management, content planning, campaign execution, and community engagement. As the business grows, you will gradually take ownership of the broader marketing function, including brand strategy, customer acquisition, partnerships, and overall marketing operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a Marketing Lead role while working closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management

• Own and manage all social media platforms.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Grow online communities and improve engagement.
• Monitor trends and recommend new content ideas.
  

Marketing & Brand Support

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Support brand-building initiatives and promotional campaigns.

• Assist in promoting events, workshops, and community activities.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all locations.
  

Community & Engagement

• Drive customer engagement through digital campaigns.
• Support referral and retention initiatives.
• Build relationships with local communities, creators, and partners.
  

Future Growth
As the role evolves, you will gradually take ownership of:

• Overall marketing strategy
• Brand positioning
• Customer acquisition and retention
• Agency and vendor management
• Marketing planning and reporting
• End-to-end marketing operations
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Strong experience managing Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience creating content calendars and executing social media campaigns.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fitness, sports, lifestyle, wellness, hospitality, or consumer brands.
• Experience managing marketing across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation.
• Passion for community building and brand storytelling.
