Requirements

• Develop and lead multiple strategic HR projects related to culture, employee engagement, organizational design, HR policies, and other key focus areas.
• Good Knowledge of candidate selection methods and excellent understanding of recruitment Processes, Provide training and counsel to employees and managers on the performance management process.
• 
  Lead and establish clear performance standards with accountability and responsibility for the HR and Admin Team.
• Proven Minimum working experience of 5 years in HR managerial level within a structured corporate environment
