Private Equity Associate - Healthcare

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key member of our healthcare-focused private equity team, assisting senior investment professionals in all phases of the investment process.

What you will do: This includes sourcing, screening, and analyzing potential investments in the healthcare industry.

Key responsibility:

• Sourcing and screening potential investment opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Conducting in-depth due diligence on target companies.
• Developing financial models and valuation analyses.
• Preparing investment memos and presentations for investment committees.
  
• Monitoring portfolio companies and assisting with post-investment management activities.
• Staying current on industry trends and regulations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance or Healthcare Administration.
• 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or healthcare consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling.
• Proven understanding of the healthcare industry and relevant regulations.
