Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in assurance services. The ideal candidate must have completed their articleship from one of the Big 4 accounting firms (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG) and possess in-depth expertise in IND AS/IGAAP, financial reporting, and compliance. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared their CA exams in the first attempt. This role demands excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex financial processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee financial audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Preparation and closure of monthly books of accounts and financial statements.
• Preparation of investor MIS, P&L, and KPI reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analyze data to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Support business functions by analyzing financial data to drive strategic decision-making and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to enhance business performance.
• Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and risk management frameworks.
• Provide technical expertise on complex accounting matters, including implementation of IND AS.
• Work with internal stakeholders on AOP planning and quarterly updates.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory (First Attempt mandatory).
• Articleship completion from a Big 4 firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in IND AS, IGAAP.
• Expertise in assurance, auditing, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead assurance engagements.
