Role Summary:

We are looking for a high-impact Enterprise Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our daily operations with strategic accounts through data entry, strategic enterprise accounts onboarding, managing spreadsheets, basic analysis, and working cross-functionally across the organization. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, persuasive individual with good communication skills who can work independently and is passionate about contributing to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch, and close enterprise partnerships across logistics, delivery, and mobility use cases.
  • Own the complete partnership lifecycle: lead generation, negotiations, commercials, contracting, and go-live
  • Act as the primary POC for enterprise partners and ensure strong relationship management
  • Work closely with internal operations, demand, supply, and city teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
  • Track and analyse partner performance metrics such as utilisation, growth trends etc.,
  • Build reports to drive insights and decision-making
  • Contribute to structuring new business models (eg, fleet reservation, leasing, long-term contracts)
  • Accurately enter data into our systems & corporate dashboards, ensuring that information is complete and up-to-date.
  • Work with external stakeholders and Key account SPOCs to streamline process gaps in day-to-day operations
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with team members and external partners.

  • 5 years of work experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, key account management, or business development.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiations and deal structuring
  • Comfortable working with Data (Excel / Google Sheets; SQL or BI tools are a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good Stakeholder management relationship-building skills with external partner SPOCs
  • Great persuasive skills to work with Partners to align on objectives to grow sales numbers via improved operational efficiency
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
