Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Procurement and Supply Chain team. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, tech-savvy, and eager to learn the operational and strategic facets of procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Tracker Management:

• Develop and maintain trackers for PRs, POs, vendor performance, and delivery timelines.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze procurement and supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare actionable insights and regular reports for leadership.

Tool Development Support:

• Assist in creating the Product Requirements Document (PRD) for a custom PR-to-PO workflow tool.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather pain points and feature needs.

AI & Automation Initiatives:

• Research and propose ways to integrate AI/ML tools to improve forecasting, demand planning, or workflow automation in supply chain operations.

Process Improvement:

• Support process mapping, SOP documentation, and pilot implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Benchmark industry practices and suggest feasible adaptations.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest or background in AI/ML, data science, or automation.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, multi-tool environment.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
