What is the opportunity?
Reporting to the Director – Audit and Compliance, the Senior Analyst, Audit and Compliance oversees and reports on various compliance requirements across our SaaS business and manages and executes security and compliance audits. This position is primarily responsible to manage and support the Zafin contract governance program, provide for oversight to ensure the client contractual requirements are met and ensure that procedures and controls are in place for all business units across the Zafin cloud landscape.
In order to meet the client specific requirements. The candidate would also lead strategic initiatives and process improvement projects in collaboration with other business units to simplify and improve compliance standards and controls and ensure that compliance is effectively integrated into our Zafin way of working.

What will you do?
Contract Governance and Compliance Management

• Manage and support the Zafin Contract Governance and Compliance Management program; implement innovative and automated solutions to strengthen the existing compliance operations.
• Ensure all SaaS contractual client commitments are met.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure existence and effectiveness of controls in order to meet contractual requirements.
• Support process improvement initiatives to improve compliance standards in collaboration with other business units.
• Responsible for updating, monitoring, and assessing business areas adherence to compliance requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure information is communicated, centrally located and accessible to business leads.

• Creation of ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Senior Management
• Presenting reports and dashboards to Senior Management
  

Compliance Risk Management

• Manage, support, and monitor compliance and regulatory risks.
• Provide advice and effective guidance to stakeholders across the organization regarding the management of compliance risks.
• Generating risk and compliance reports for management
• Following up on risk mitigations plans and providing updates to stakeholder.
  

Must have:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in a compliance, audit or governance role, preferably in a financial services organization.
• Hands on experience in Contract Governance / Contract Management.
• Experience leading or participating in SEPG group forums
• University degree in computer science, business administration, law, finance or similar.
• Prior hands-on experience in a compliance unit working on compliance policies and/or audits
• Hands on experience managing contracts and reporting on contractual compliance is an asset
• Experience with running ISO 27001 audits

• Strong research and analytical skills to monitor and analyze compliance requirements and relate them to business processes, regulatory risks and compliance controls
• Ability to develop, draft, maintain and manage reports and dashboard
• Strong organizational skills, an ability to manage assignments with competing priorities, and manage deadlines
• Attention to detail, computer literacy (knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint and similar tools)
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with a broad set of information security best practices and technologies (e.g. application security, risk management, data protection, encryption, identity and access management, logging and monitoring, network security, security governance, etc.) within cloud environments will be an asset.
• Knowlege of cloud Platforms and Cloud Security is an asset.
• Ability to interact, persuade and influence a broad spectrum of leads/managers at all levels, including senior management.
• Proactively promote a culture of compliance and build and maintain relationships with business groups.
• Ability to self-start and work independently while demonstrating sound judgment, practical and creative problem analysis and resolution skills.
• Ability to handle multiple initiatives and prioritize work to meet deadlines and fulfil the demands of a rapidly changing environment.
