Job Title: IT Recruiter Intern – Talent Acquisition

Duration: 3 Months Internship

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
• Support the HR team in recruitment-related administrative tasks.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Eligibility:

• MBA or PGDM in HR or any relevant degree.
