Job Description
We seek an experienced and skilled Finance Manager to lead our accounting, finance, and taxation functions. The successful candidate will manage the company&aposs financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth. The Finance Manager will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage budgeting and forecasting, and ensure timely and accurate tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting and Reporting:
- Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth audits and timely completion of financial statements.
2. Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance, identify improvement areas, and provide management recommendations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability, cash flow, and return on investment.
3. Taxation:
- Manage all aspects of taxation, including income tax and GST
- Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance, including tax returns, payments, and correspondence with tax authorities.
- Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to minimize tax liabilities.
4. Financial Operations:
- Manage the company&aposs cash flow, including cash forecasting, management of bank accounts, and investment of surplus funds.
- Oversee the management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.
- Ensure effective internal controls, including risk management and mitigation.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including financial reporting and taxation
- Identify and manage financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
- Professional certification, such as CA, CFA, or MBA finance is preferred.
2. Experience:

- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, with at least 2-3 years in a management role.
- Experience in a similar industry or sector is an advantage.
3. Skills:
- Strong technical skills in accounting, finance, and taxation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tally and Microsoft Office.
4. Personal Attributes:
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethics.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
