Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Establish first level communication with clients through cold calling, email campaigns, business conferences, trade shows and one-on-one meetings with prospective clients and value-sell Zealvers offerings to large companies and intermediaries (Insurance brokers, Insurance companies, TPAs and a relevant ecosystem)
Identify new business avenues and accurately forecast and maintain a desirable sales pipeline to achieve quarterly targets
Segregate and prioritize qualified target accounts to optimize the sales effort
Be the voice of clients to articulate feedback clearly to internal teams such as Operations and Customer Support
Develop new business relationships and nurturing existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers
Mandatorily ensure appropriate closure of all business related documentation/paperwork during deal closures
Ensure retention of existing accounts by maintaining client relationships through regular check ins
Manage accounts by acting as an advisor on sales strategy and consulting - Should be able to solve complicated problems of the clients through a solution-based approach: Analyse utilization trends and data, create engagement plans for clients and share relevant MISs whenever necessary.
Closely monitoring the industry trends, monitoring competition & developing key performance indicators for the long-term growth and target achievement
Market Analysis, business planning, concept selling, negotiating, influencing and key account management
Regular Reporting and meetings with the HOD to ensure a coordinated approach to develop business opportunities and facilitate team building
Weekly reviews and planning further scopes of action
Skills Required
Sales and Negotiation skills to close deals and forge partnerships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and maintain client connections
Strategic thinking and market analysis abilities to identify growth opportunities.
Networking skills to expand the company&aposs contacts and reach.
Creativity and innovation to devise new business strategies and solutions.

Overall 7-10 years of experience out of which 5+ years of experience are as a quota-carrying sales representative
Healthcare industry experience and knowledge mandatory (Insurance background preferred)
Travel PAN India whenever necessary Mandatory
Capacity and ability to think beyond traditional sales mindset
Genuine customer empathy and strong time management skills
Exceptionally fluent in English
Ideal Age- Between 30 to 40years
