Content Strategist

Job Profile:

Own content creation, launch communication, customer journeys, and remarketing initiatives to drive engagement, conversions, and retention. 

Your contribution to the team:

• Create launch plans and content calendars for new book releases.
• Coordinate launch campaigns across social media, email, website, and partner channels.
• Track launch performance and suggest optimization strategies.

• Map and optimize customer journeys from awareness to purchase and retention.
• Build and manage email nurture sequences and automated workflows.
• Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities for engagement.

• Write marketing copy for emails, landing pages, social media, ads, and website content.
• Develop author-focused and learner-focused content strategies.
• Collaborate with design and publishing teams to create marketing assets.

• Manage marketing automation tools and CRM workflows.
• Support website content updates and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.

• Create remarketing campaigns for website visitors, leads, and existing customers.
• Work with paid marketing teams/agencies to improve conversion rates.

Requirements : 

• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience with email marketing and automation tools.
• Understanding of customer journeys and conversion funnels.
• Basic analytics and reporting skills.
• Strategic thinking and campaign planning.

Other details:

• Office Location - Vesu, Surat, Gujarat.
• Work Type - In-Office, Full-time.
• Working Days - 6 Days a week (Monday to Saturday)
• Compensation - As per the industry standards, also depending on your experience and expertise
