Internal Controls Specialist

What role you will play in team: You'll play a critical role in strengthening the effectiveness of internal controls within Zeco Aircon. You will ensure that financial and operational processes are secure and efficient.

What you will do: You'll assess existing controls, identify weaknesses, and propose and implement improvements. You'll also assist in the design and implementation of new control procedures.

Key responsibility:

• Evaluating the effectiveness of existing internal controls.
• Identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations.
• Designing and implementing new control procedures.
• Documenting and maintaining control procedures.
  
• Providing training and guidance to employees on internal control procedures.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented controls.
• Assisting in the preparation of SOX compliance documentation.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in internal controls or auditing.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance is a plus.
