Venture Capital Associate

What role you will play in team: You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing venture capital investments across various sectors.

What you will do: Research new investment opportunities, conduct due diligence on potential investments, and assist in deal structuring.

Key responsibility:

• Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies.
• Develop financial models and valuations.
• Participate in investment committee meetings.

  Monitor portfolio companies and provide support.
• Prepare investment proposals and presentations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in financial statement analysis.
