Purpose of the role:
Support the Regional Sales Manager to drive Vison sales within a specific region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets.
Description of the role:
- Will be responsible for managing all the Key and Priority accounts of defined territory.
- Responsible for sales, collection, revenue for assigned customers with a focus on A category customers within territory.
- Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers.
- Will be responsible for distributor handling.
- Active participation in partnership programs.
- Supporting BTL activities with key accounts.
- Strategize in driving business successfully in territory.
- Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales. Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities.

- Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist.
- Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments.
- Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities.
- Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges.
Education : Any graduation (B. Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA – Marketing / Sales.
Work Experience : Candidate should have 3 to 11 years of experience in Consumer products industry.
