General Manager Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Manage and guide the accounting team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to IFRS, Indian GAAP, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Audit Coordination: Lead internal and external audit processes to ensure smooth and efficient outcomes.
• Internal Controls: Design, implement, and monitor robust internal controls to protect company assets and maintain financial integrity.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering actionable insights to support business strategies.

• Performance Optimization: Collaborate across departments to improve financial performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Regulatory Awareness: Keep abreast of evolving financial regulations and ensure compliance across all levels of the organization.

Mandatory Selection Criteria:

• M.com/MBA in Finance.
• At least 12 years of progressive experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in a listed company.
• Expertise in financial consolidation, finalization, audit, and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate and operational finance and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in budgeting, planning, cost optimization, and MIS reporting.
• Strong experience with SEBI compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record in leading teams and acting as a strategic partner to executive leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Prior experience in a family-owned Indian business is an advantage.
