Manager Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production team to ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.
  
• Oversee CNC Programming (Delcam / MasterCAM, UG) for precision machining operations.
  
• Supervise and support in proving aerospace & defence precision parts as per quality standards.
  
• Plan, monitor, and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
  
• Design and implement tools & fixtures required for machining operations.
  
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Design, Procurement, and Maintenance) to ensure smooth production flow.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and organizational policies within the production department.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in CNC Programming (Delcam / MasterCAM, UG).
  
• Expertise in machining precision components, preferably in aerospace & defence industries.
  
• Proven ability to manage and lead manpower effectively.
  
• Knowledge of design and development of tools & fixtures for machining processes.
  
• Proficiency in CAD Software (SolidWorks, UG, AutoCAD) and MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
  
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
