Job Description
Location: New Delhi.
Experience: 8-12 Years.
Joiners Preferred: Immediate to 30 Days.
Role Highlights:
- Promote Zen's defence solutions (especially counter-drone systems) in international markets.
- Collaborate with Indian Defence Attachs, foreign delegations & embassies.
- Represent Zen at global trade shows, forums (SIDM, FICCI, DDP, etc.
- Execute high-value contracts, negotiations, and end-to-end export operations.
- Lead competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and international regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- 8-12 years in international BD, defence sales, or exports.
- Experience in high-tech defence or manufacturing sector (preferably counter-drone).
- Proven global business strategy execution and government liaison skills.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management with DAs, MoDs, OEMs.
- MBA/PGDM (Marketing/International Business) preferred.
