Product Manager - Digital Sales Automation - Manufacturing

The Opportunity:

Our client is a large diversified group and this requirement is for their Wires and Cables business which caters to Home and Industry segment. They are looking to hire a smart Product Manager to help create and run the platform for Sales Automation.

Own the digital platforms that run the organization's channel business: the field sales app, the dealer and distributor ordering portal, and the loyalty program for vendors and retailers. Together they touch thousands of channel partners and drive primary and secondary sales every day.

You will get end-to-end ownership of platforms that run a large channel network, with direct visibility to senior leadership.

This is a hands-on role. You will set the roadmap, write the PRDs and drive vendor and tech teams through delivery. You are accountable for adoption and business outcomes, not just releases.

What You Will Do:

• Own the roadmap for the Sales CRM/SFA, Dealer and Distributor Portal and Loyalty platform.
• Drive adoption across field teams and channel partners, and raise the share of orders placed digitally.
• Integrate platforms with ERP (SAP or equivalent) for a single view of the channel partner.
• Design loyalty earn-and-burn rules with Marketing and Finance, and control fraud and liability.
• Write PRDs and user stories, manage vendors and SaaS partners, and run UAT and releases.
• Set KPIs, run experiments and present outcomes to senior leadership.

Who We Are Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years as a Product Manager on B2B, channel or enterprise platforms.
• Experience with at least one of: Sales CRM/SFA, Sales Automation, Dealer or distributor portal, Dealer Management System or loyalty platform.
• Working knowledge of APIs, ERP integration (SAP preferred) and basic SQL.
• Track record of delivery through outsourced vendors or SaaS partners.
• B.E./B.Tech; MBA preferred.
• Hands-on exposure to Salesforce, Bizom or FieldAssist or any CRM. Loyalty program design and vernacular, mobile-first product experience will be a plus.
