Key Responsibilities :

- The role requires strong understanding of leadership hiring, talent strategy, compensation structures, culture building, and organizational design within PE/VC environments.
- Candidate should be capable of handling both strategic HR and execution-oriented leadership hiring mandates.
- The role may also involve working with portfolio companies during scaling, restructuring, leadership transition, and governance enhancement phases.
- Success in this role will be measured through quality leadership hiring, retention of key talent, employer branding, and institutional HR processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and confidentiality handling will be critical.
