Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on AI Automation Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Agent Development, Prompt Engineering, Azure OpenAI, and Python. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions, intelligent agents, and conversational experiences using Microsofts AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build and deploy intelligent AI Agents and Agentic workflows.
• Develop prompts and optimize model responses for business use cases.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI services with enterprise applications.
• Develop REST APIs and automation workflows using Python and PowerShell.
• Implement RAG-based solutions and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Follow DevOps best practices using Git, CI/CD, and modern deployment pipelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6-8 years of software development/automation experience.

• Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI.
• Experience working with Azure cloud services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
