Product & Agile Skills

• Product ownership / product management roles
• Backlog management and prioritization
• User story definition and acceptance criteria
• Roadmap planning and release management
• Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
• Ability to translate business requirements for technology teams and stay involved in every phase of delivery

• Finance & Accounting processes
• Retail Accounting and POS integration flows
• Supply Chain and Order-to-Cash processes

• Executive stakeholder communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to operate in global, cross-functional teams

• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance / Supply Chain / Solution Architect)
• Experience in Retail industry transformation programs specializing in accounting
• Exposure to AI-driven insights / analytics within ERP
• Experience in multi-country / global rollouts

• Product Ownership & Strategy
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for D365 F&O-based solutions
• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and value realization goals
• Prioritize features and backlog based on business value, ROI, and strategic alignment
• Act as the voice of the customer/business stakeholders
• Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management
• Partner with business leaders (Finance, Retail, Supply Chain) to identify opportunities
• Drive workshops, requirement discussions, and solution validation sessions
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and delivery timelines
• Agile Delivery & Sprint Management
• Own and manage product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions
• Ensure timely delivery of sprints with focus on quality, velocity, and business value
• Work closely with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams

4 Retail Accounting Expertise

• Provide subject matter expertise on:
• Retail financial flows (invoices, ledgers, sales, returns, discounts, promotions)
• Revenue recognition and reconciliation
• Inventory and cost accounting
• Store-level financial operations
• Ensure D365 solutions align with retail accounting standards and compliance

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
