KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the West-Mumbai team to fulfill the overall strategy for maintaining and developing space requirements of Zepto
• Develop a team of brokers and consultants to deliver the building requirements across different geo
• Develop strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to Real Estate development in the assigned geography
• Maintain regular communications with all business owners including local and central Finance managers,legal, Operations, Facilities and Projects team
• Landlord relations, negotiation and contractor management, including escalation of any issues beyond regular daily activity
• Alteration management and reducing Fix costs (all building related costs)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MBA and Civil Engineering Degree, Chartered Surveyors / RICS member, Civil Diploma holders, who have real estate exposure
• Experience in real estate management, lease negotiations, and site selection
• Vendor management and relationship-building skills with landlords, brokers, and contractors
• Strong project management, budgeting, and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with compliance, legal documentation, and regulatory standards in real estate
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and software for project tracking and reporting
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; experience in the retail or e-commerce sector is a plus.
