Zetwerk - Lead - HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting HRBP team in implementing HR policies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Assisting in managing employee life cycle processes including confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Updating and Maintaining HR databases, personnel files, and digitized records.
- Coordinating employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management cycles.

- Supporting administration of attendance, payroll inputs, and HR analytics for workforce planning.
- Assisting in resolving employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Contributing to HR projects such as process automation, digitization, and culture-building initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management from a recognized tier 2 institute.
- 1 year of relevant internship or project experience preferred (freshers eligible).
- Familiarity with HR processes in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.
- Sound understanding of basic HR functions and best practices and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills, Analytical mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
