Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager; The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and have a proven track record of managing complex projects.Responsibilities: * Lead and manage technical projects throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

• Develop detailed project plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and maintain engagement.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards.
• 
  Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance future project delivery.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience as a Technical Project Management experience with technical background.

• Must have experience with LMS platforms; knowledge of Moodle or Totara would be a big advantage.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Language: Arabic + English.
