Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring eCommerce projects.
- Create, manage, and track tasks, sprints, and deliverables in JIRA.
- Coordinate between internal teams design, development, QA, and marketing to ensure smooth project flow.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and timelines.
- Communicate with clients for status updates, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and help in mitigation planning.
- Support project reviews, sprint retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business goals and quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.

2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
Working knowledge of JIRA (must-have).
Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce).
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
