Job Description
- You are a Junior Data Scientist who will be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing data science and machine learning models as part of a dynamic data team. Your role will involve collaborating with R&D resources to define data science solutions and working on data manipulation, feature engineering, model selection, and model implementation. You will participate in model and code reviews, contribute to the continuous delivery of analytics solutions, and establish metrics to monitor model performance. Effective communication of results and insights to stakeholders and users is a key aspect of this role.
To succeed in this position, you should possess a scientific mindset with a focus on modeling methodology and innovation in analytical approaches. Proficiency in statistics and machine learning is essential, with hands-on experience in Python toolkits such as stats models, scikit-learn, or tensorflow. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL for machine learning techniques, including feature engineering/selection, model tuning, and performance evaluation, are required. With at least 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, you should have a track record of successful data wrangling, feature engineering, and statistical or ML model implementation. Experience in data engineering and collaboration with data engineers is a plus.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred for this role. The position offers the benefit of remote work with a 5-day working schedule.,
