What role you will play in team: You will play a key role in the financial planning process, preparing budgets and forecasts to support the company's strategic goals.

What you will do: You will collect data, analyze financial trends, and prepare financial models to support budget and forecast development.

Key responsibility:

• Collaborate with department heads to gather budget data and assumptions
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts
  
• Prepare variance analysis reports and explanations
• Provide financial support to management during the budget process

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
• Strong analytical and communication skills
