Purpose of the Position

The role aims to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt communication and excellent service while also conducting market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights.

: Sales Operation Manager

Roles and Responsibility

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sales Operations team, including order processing, logistics coordination, customer service, artwork development, and product sample dispatches, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting sales targets.

    Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as production, quality, logistics and finance, resolve issues, and ensure alignment across functions to support export sales objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to develop sales strategies and tactics.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, addressing their needs and concerns, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the Sales Operations team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports and analyses on sales performance, market trends, and operational metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
