/Responsibilities:
POSITION SUMMARY:

- This role will be a key for strategic focus on key biological brands for poultry, companion animal, and ruminant businesses across the BNS region. This role blends technical expertise and commercial acumen to develop strategies, create market demand, and deliver profitable growth. Primary focus is on poultry, including vaccines, while supporting companion animal and ruminant portfolios.

- The role involves developing and executing market strategies, providing technical support, and fostering key customer relationships. It requires extensive travel across BNS territories and collaboration with regional and global teams to deliver impactful campaigns. This position offers a unique opportunity for multi-species exposure and leadership in dynamic, high-growth markets.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Customer Engagement & Sales Achievement: Meet customers and key accounts to achieve business and sales objectives, including product detailing, technical support, and relationship-building to drive growth- 30%

- Market Forecasting: Generate market forecasts to ensure business continuity, meet market needs, and maintain optimal inventory levels - 25%

Strategic Planning, Opportunity Identification & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Prepare and execute short- and long-term strategies for business growth and market share expansion, identify new business opportunities for management approval, and actively engage with internal and external stakeholders and relevant forums to support business initiatives - 25%

Business Reporting & Competitive Intelligence:

- Submit monthly reports and territory feedback for organizational visibility, including monitoring and reporting competitor activities - 10%

Other Responsibilities:

- Support additional business growth initiatives and tasks as assigned by the reporting manager - 10%

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: BU Lead - BNS, Regional and Global Technical & Commercial Teams, Marketing, Field Force, Digital/Marketing Operations.

External: Key customers, distributors, veterinary associations, and industry leaders across Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.

Financial Accountability: Responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets for the assigned multi-species portfolio (budget defined annually).

TECHNICAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

- In-depth knowledge of poultry health management, including vaccine application and disease management.

- Strong commercial and financial acumen; ability to interpret market data and develop strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Has a valid Indian passport, willingness and ability to travel extensively across Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, including overnight stays.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Required: Bachelor's degree in a science discipline, complemented by proven experience in techno-

commercial or technical sales roles

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science; 6-8 years of experience in animal health with a proven techno-commercial or technical sales background

Advantage: Previous exposure to BNS markets and poultry vaccine portfolios is highly desirable.
