This is not a conventional operations role. The City Growth Manager program is how Blinkit identifies and invests in the people we believe will run our cities as CEOs in the years ahead.
You'll join a small cohort of high-potential professionals who take real ownership of a city business unit from Day 1 and grow into progressively larger business leadership as you prove yourself. Every City CEO track at Blinkit starts here.

We're hiring people we intend to bet on, and we build the role, exposure and mentorship around that intent.
What You'll Drive:
- Run a city business unit end-to-end. Own the P&L levers that matter inventory, availability, productivity, customer experience and be accountable for the numbers, not just the process.
- Lead operations on the ground. Drive in-store and last-mile execution, raising the bar on service levels, efficiency and cost with every operating cycle.
- Build the team that builds the city. Hire, coach and grow people across every layer of your city stores, clusters and operations.
- Drive growth, not just operations. Partner with Category, Marketing, Expansion and Central teams to deepen customer adoption, launch new stores and unlock new pockets of growth.
- Solve the hard problems. Combine data with on-ground insight to find bottlenecks, fix them at the root and build solutions that scale beyond your city.
