- We are looking for our next Customer Service Champion! As a Customer Delight Associate, you'll be part of a passionate team focused on turning complaints into compliments with speed, heart, and thoughtful problem-solving.
As a Customer Delight Associate, your responsibilities will include engaging with our customers across chats, emails, and calls to resolve their queries. You will need to work in rotational shifts as per the business requirements and be present in the office 5 days a week.
An ideal candidate for this role should have a customer-first mindset and be a natural problem solver. They should ideally have 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication skills in written and spoken English are essential for this role. Fluency in any regional language is a plus, though not mandatory.,
