Job Description
- Deeply understand how our databases are structured and heavily engage with engineering teams to understand changes that may impact data flow & accuracy
- Proactively develop and manage the sales performance & productivity dashboards/reports to help meet revenue and margin goals.
- Perform multi-level analysis to deliver insights related Customer acquisition, retention, at-risk, declining, growing, to trigger meaningful and corrective sales actions.
- Own end-to-end data and reporting workflow, building necessary data pipelines, collaborating on generating insights and hypotheses, measuring performance, socializing them across the organization, and creating actionable dashboards and reports.
- Understand the business needs, translate business requirements into analytical solutions and develop the deliverables in a format easy to use
- Be accountable, work independently, assuming ownership of complete project and its related deliverables
- Analyse large volumes of data to gain insight and identify opportunities for improvement
- Communicate findings and recommendations to all stakeholders
- Adopting and enforcing best practices related to data ingestion and extraction of data from SQL as well as the big data platform
- Extract business data from multiple data sources and Build automation script to automate the loads
- Design and develop scripts and configurations to successfully load data
- Measuring identified performance matrix and its reporting
- Checking quality of the automated reports and working on any deviations requiring fix
- Maintenance of existing reports and dashboards for ongoing business changes and enhancements
- Database management / maintenance

- 8-12 years of experience in SQL based database management (data structures / data cleanup / analysis) - preferably in IT domain. Deep knowledge of the technology industry - B2B IT service Provider is an advantage.
- Excellent (Must to have) knowledge and experience in SQL, DAX / MDX queries and Power BI along with certification is a must (Account / Sales Productivity reporting through PBI). Managing existing PBI reports and creating new based upon Business requirement.
- Proficient in Advance Microsoft excel, (Power Pivot, Power Query) and Modelling. MS Access is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Big data and R is an advantage
- Good understanding of Microsoft CRM systems specially data upload and data integration
- Experience in reporting and analytics around sales performance & productivity
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data and fix if there are any data issues
- An innate data-person and ability to deliver key analytics and insights
- Have a good knowledge data structuring ad integration across platforms
- Good understanding of applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression.
- Good Communication skills
