Job Description
Responsible for the process of end-to-end recruitment - Sourcing candidates from different portals and social media platforms - Selection of candidates, creating a talent pool and creating a constant inflow of talent for junior to mid-levels profiles - sourcing & screening applications as per the requirement and
shortlist profiles.
? Coordinating and scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates with the respective
stakeholders
? Negotiating and sharing offer letters
? Documentation and conducting reference checks
