Brand Marketing Manager (Organic Social, Thought Leadership, Earned Media, Tradeshows)

Location: India (remote/hybrid)

Reports to: Head of Growth Marketing

As Brand Marketing Manager, you'll build and scale ZoomRx's organic brand presence across multiple channels. This role demands a strategic operator who can establish repeatable processes, elevate executive visibility, and translate brand activity into measurable business impact. You'll own the systems and workflows that drive consistent brand performance while embodying our Creative Sage archetypecombining deep expertise with innovative thinking. What you'll do:


  • Design and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy (LinkedIn primary, X/YouTube secondary) with documented processes, content calendars, and performance frameworks that can scale across 5-10 product lines
  • Build and operationalize a thought leadership distribution enginefrom content repurposing workflows to syndication partnershipsensuring consistent executive voice across owned, earned, and social channels
  • Establish and manage earned media operations: cultivate journalist relationships, coordinate contributed articles and speaking opportunities, track PR database metrics, and create award submission processes
  • Develop and run executive visibility programs with clear SOPs: social media coaching, byline development pipelines, conference speaking workflows, and quarterly visibility reporting
  • Own end-to-end tradeshow management with measurable pipeline targets: booth strategy, speaking abstract development, promotional campaign coordination, pre/post-event nurture sequences, and attribution tracking
  • Create a brand performance measurement framework: define KPIs, build dashboards, establish reporting cadence, and translate insights into strategic recommendations
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Owners, Sales, and Design teams to maintain brand consistency and align messaging with business priorities

What youll bring:


  • 5+ years in B2B brand, content, or social media marketing within complex industries (life sciences, healthcare, SaaS, or professional services strongly preferred)

  • 3+ years of experience activating brand across digital properties and channels: Hands-on experience managing website content, collaborating with designers and developers on brand expression, and ensuring consistent brand identity across organic social, email, landing pages, and digital touchpoints
  • Comfortable with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot CMS, or similar)
  • Proven track record building organic social programs from ground up with documented growth in reach, engagement, and follower qualityportfolio required
  • Demonstrated success securing earned media placements, contributed articles, and speaking opportunities at industry events
  • Strong process orientation: experience documenting workflows, creating SOPs, and building scalable systems that enable team efficiency
  • Exceptional editorial judgment and copywriting skills; comfortable translating technical subject matter into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
  • Experience working with C-suite executives and subject matter experts to develop authentic thought leadership
  • Hands-on expertise with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar), LinkedIn analytics, and PR database tools (Cision, Meltwater, or equivalent)
  • End-to-end tradeshow experience including booth planning, logistics coordination, on-site execution, and post-event attribution
  • Analytical mindset with ability to connect brand metrics to business outcomes and make data-informed recommendations
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across stakeholder groups
