ZoomRx - Senior Consultant

What does a day look like as a Senior Consultant?

- You will develop lasting, fullling relationships with drug commercialization teams at top pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies through compelling, data-driven strategic thought-partnerships and impeccable operational leadership.

- You will lead and be responsible for multiple projects and teams in designing and executing custom quantitative and qualitative market research studies.

- You will lead day-to-day management of and communication with clients to understand their complex business needs and questions, and ultimately provide data-driven, strategic insights and recommendations.

- You will serve as the lead of all internal project processes to drive high-quality, impactful deliverables and project success.

- You will mentor junior members of the team and collaborate with cross-geographical peers.

- You will support development and growth of client relationships by serving as a trusted partner to clients and driving client satisfaction through excellent project delivery.

- You will contribute to or lead internal initiatives including new product and service development, and organizational learning and productivity.

- You will exhibit a proactive approach to work, show a desire to deliver above and beyond, and thrive in an environment of significant autonomy.
What do we look for in successful Senior Consultant candidates?

Qualities of successful ZoomRx Senior Consultant candidates include:

- 5+ years of professional experience in quantitative primary market research with a focus in methodologies that support commercial strategy for Life Sciences and Healthcare brands.

- Experience independently leading multiple consulting or market intelligence projects and associated teams.

- Experience with qualitative market research projects.

- Experience directly managing client relationships.

- Capabilities and confidence in preparing and delivering analytically robust, data-driven strategic

stories.

- Experience supporting business-development activities.

- Experience in additional healthcare market intelligence functions besides primary market research (competitive intelligence; sales analytics; forecasting; etc).

- Experience with pharmaceutical commercial strategy market research projects
