Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with a strong hunting mindset to bring in new business for Zyetas Commercial Interior Design & Build

This is a pure hunting role where you will identify new clients, generate leads, fix meetings, build relationships, and convert opportunities into projects. You will work with Corporate Clients, CRE Teams, Architects, PMCs, Consultants, and Channel Partners to grow Zyetas business and achieve sales targets

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate Clients, Architects, Consultants, PMCs, IPCs, Real Estate Developers, and Channel Partners.
• Generate new business through networking, industry events, real estate forums, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Meet decision-makers to understand client requirements and present Zyetas Design & Build solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Track market trends, upcoming commercial real estate developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Design, Estimation, and Project teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or business development experience in Design & Build, Commercial Interiors, Workplace Solutions, or a related industry.
• Strong industry network with Corporate Real Estate (CRE) professionals, Architects, Consultants, PMCs, IPCs, Real Estate Developers, and Corporate Clients.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and acquiring new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
