ONLY FLUENT KOREAN SPEAKERS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries related to bearings and allied industrial products
• Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking customers and suppliers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery documentation accurately
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Provide basic technical support on bearing types, sizes, applications, and equivalents
• Track order status, backorders, and delivery updates; proactively inform customers
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and warranty claims professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs in ERP/CRM systems
• Support the sales team with customer coordination and documentation

• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

Requirements:

Required Skills & Competencies
• Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to understand bearing part numbers and technical specifications
• Good coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service; bearings or industrial products experience preferred

Preferred Experience
• Experience dealing with Korean manufacturers or customers
• Knowledge of bearings brands and industrial supply chains
• Experience in the UAE / GCC market (advantage)

Work Environment
• Office-based role with regular coordination with internal teams and overseas partners
