Analyst/Senior Analyst Compliance (Control Room And Guidance) Financial Operations

Were hiring for a Compliance Analyst opportunity within a leading global firm based in Hyderabad.

What youll be working on:

• Supporting front-office trading desks with regulatory research across asset classes and global jurisdictions.
• Using data analytics and visualization techniques such as statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and clustering, with tools like Power BI.
• Supporting regulatory reporting and filings across markets including the US, UK, EU, and Japan, involving analysis of short positions and long ownership data.
• Monitoring and strengthening compliance controls through data-driven analysis.
• Reviewing fundamental research and external expert/consultant interactions to identify and mitigate potential MNPI (Material Non-Public Information) risks.
• Contributing to projects focused on maintaining and enhancing compliance with evolving regulations.

What were looking for:

• MBA in Finance.
• 0–2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• High attention to detail, learning agility, and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
